With great joy I can announce that a project that took me one year to complete is now online and available. I am frequently requested to go overseas and teach pastor and congregations. It became apparent that security issues in some countries, plus the amount of requests that online courses would be an opportunity to add value to other ministries, as well as create something that will outlive my ministry. An entire course of 18 lessions on Christology is now available at https://youtu.be/DByjvjupZEE. To my joy, this has already been requested and implemented as core curriculum in a Far East university for online studies. God expands our reach if we make ourselves available.
The fallout of the invasion of the Ukraine has driven families to seek shelter in Germany. Our church provides a place to meet for 32 Ukranian believers. It was the joy of our church women to share Christmas gifts to those families. Colorful baskets full of things to eat and toys for the children were given to each family, who shed tears of joy when shown the love of Christ through this gesture. Our church was also a collection center for Christmas in a shoebox - over 750 shoeboxes were prepared and packed to go to families main in east-block countries. Some of the Ukranians told me personally that the first toys or dolls they had ever received in their lives as children was through this action over the years.
Praise: Many Guests from the Christmas Eve services are not attending regular services.
Prayer: Jan. 17-19 we will be hosting church-planters from across Europe for a time of encouragement and equipping. Pray that hearts will hear from Jesus. This is our 15th consecutive year.
