A 60 second update from Germany

Out of our membership a young woman has sensed the moving of God's hand on her life and will spend the next year exploring the possibility of long term vocational ministry. It is a politically closed country, so we have been requested not to post specifics of her location.

The last of June we commissioned her to this time of ministry and are so thankful that God is calling others into the harvest fields.

In the late spring a missionary was not granted his request via a lawyer for an extension to his visa renewal - as a result he was given 30 days to leave Europe and begin the process of applying for a new resident visa. He and his family are now in that process from the USA.

I have been asked to fill in for a period of three weeks in this established work - he speaks via video once per month and multiple small group studies also via video. We are glad to be able to support this ministry. Being based in Europe gives us the opportunity to invest in other ministries across the continent and support fellow missionaries. It is a vital and helpful opportunity to not have a work suffer as a result of a governmental decision.
