KATHARINA

After a recent service, Katharina, 18 years old, asked to speak with me – after a recent sermon I preached, she made a decision to follow Christ and now wanted to take her next step in her faith journey: believer’s baptism. I share with her Rom. 10:9-10 and we prayed together – her hands trembled as she spoke to her savior for the first time publically. How special it was to my heart.

UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN

The man that played such an instrumental role in getting our building rezoned and designed has passed away and I was asked to hold his service. It was such a moving time as I shared his story – he told me during our building process: Keith, I never understood why I was spared following my stroke, while others in the same room were passing away. Now I know – if I had died, I would have been lost for eternity – Jesus was merciful and I love him for saving me.
It brought me comfort as I shared his story to those assembled to say their goodbyes.

INITIATIVE REPORTS - SEPT, 2026

The church planting initiative is receiving wonderful reports:
The weekly Bible studies with university students are continuing. We are currently studying the book “Three Passions of the Soul.”
Through this study, we are being reminded that true discipleship must be centered on the transformation of the soul. Our prayer is that discipleship will not only give people knowledge but will lead to genuine transformation of the heart, mind, character, and life.
We thank God for the opportunity to disciple and teach these young people. We pray that they will become mature and faithful followers of Christ and will positively influence others for the glory of God.

Prayer Points‍:

Praise: ‍

  • The national leadership is continuing to be strong in leading and preaching.
  • 8 baptized and another saved. Two more were baptized in August and two will be baptized on Sept. 13th.

Prayer:‍

  • A family is saying goodby to their father and husband - he came to Christ 25 years ago.
  • Our discipleship group is going through changes in participation - life issues. This continues to be a work in progress.

Thank you for partnering with us as we seek to obey the great commission - go taking the gospel to the unreached, baptize, disciple.
