According to studies, the average human makes about 612 decisions a day. This equals to 4,900 decisions in a week and 254,800 in a year.

Ok, I will stand in for the stereotype man: No, we do not like to stop and ask directions. Call it pride, maybe lazy, maybe overconfident, but we are sincerely sure that we will find the right location, if we circle a little longer.

Sometimes it works out, mostly not.

Turning over directions to another is not our strong suit. Then we enter a relationship with Jesus, who asks us to follow him. And then he leaves earth, becomes omni-present, but not easy to find with the naked eye, only with the disciplined, meditating spiritual eye.

Thousands of decisions and we wonder if He really does have a plan for my life.

There are so many bad theories floating around - some just plain wrong. A bunch of them are heard among members at our church.

It is time to let Jesus bring clarity. For the next three weeks we will focus directly on that. I love the fact that technology allows us to broadcast to more than make it to our campus. Typically, 40-50 different cities in Europe are participating each month in a live internet broadcast.

May people receive hope and God's name be glorified. I am looking forward to digging deep into the Word in such a practical and applicable area.
